Welcome to our online store! Ethnic Borders provide our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

PRODUCT

Ethnic Borders attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Ethnic Borders does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Real product may vary slightly in:

• Color – Lighting effect and different monitor setting.

• Size description – Measurements given are for reference only.

PRICING

The indicated prices in all available currencies are net, except carriage costs. They can be changed constantly without notice, knowing that the articles will be invoiced on the basis of the prices on the order invoice.

PURCHASE

Browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy, select your desired size, color, quantity and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, proceed to the checkout and you will be required to fill up some details to complete the order.

PAYMENT

Ethnic Borders accept online payment via Bank Transfer, Telegraphic Transfer, Interbank Transfer.

All major credit cards, including Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express handled by PayPal, offering you a maximum safety guarantees.

Offline payment payment is also available via Western Union, Bank Cheque or Cash Deposit.

SHIPPING

All Shipping is by Domestic and/or International Express shipping. All orders will be sent from our store within 48 hours upon confirmation of payment, and reach your shipping address within:

• 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for address(es) within Malaysia
• 16 to 20 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for address(es) outside Malaysia

Note: Shipping time may differ subject to availability of the items, clients will be notified on delays. In the event of shortage or out-of-stock, a refund will be issued.

If you require insurance, please state this in your order. This may attract additional cost, depending on the destination of the parcel. All couriers will require the item to be signed for. In the event of no-one being able to sign for the item the Courier Company will leave a card with instructions on how to proceed. For timely delivery, please ensure that a person is available to accept and sign for the delivery.

For all orders outside of Malaysia, customs clearance, excise, taxes and duties shall remain the responsibility of the client.

GUARANTEE

Because we are an official dealer for all of our brands, all of our products are covered by the official manufacturer's guarantee. This means you can be confident that, in the event of a manufacturing defect, they will be fixed and restored to its original function quickly and efficiently by the original manufacturers.

Please note: Our guarantees do not cover accidental damage, Shrinkage and Colour Run

PRIVACY POLICY

Ethnic Borders will not pass your personal details to any third party company. Your details are kept only in connection with your order.

For credit card payments, the a secure connection is established between your PC to Paypal directly. As such, you enjoy the highest level of protection provided for by Paypal. We do not receive nor store your credit card details. Typically, Paypal uses a secure 256-bit SSL connection, with encryption based on AES_256_CBC, with SHA1 for message authentication and RSA as key exchange protocol. 

In accordance with regulations we are required to inform visitors to our website that we use cookies to track on-line shoppers as they browse our store. On visiting our online store, a randomly numbered tracking file (cookie) is loaded onto your PC. This allows us to retain an anonymous identity for each shopper as they add products to their shopping cart. If you browse our store and add items but do not order, the cookie expires after 30 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• All articles, in terms of size and color, are NOT subjected to exchange (unless proven our mistakes).
• All exchanges are subject to a TWENTY PERCENT (20%) restocking fee on each item at retail value.
• You have 3 days after the goods are received to return the product for exchange, with Terms & Conditions applied. Upon the approval by our customer support, kindly request an Exchange Authorisation Number before returning any items.
• The goods must be returned to us in the ORIGINAL condition they were dispatched, complete with all original packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
• A coupon code with your payment (excluding any shipping charges) as credits will be issued to you for your exchange or purchase after we receive the goods in good condition. NO REFUND is allowed.
• We also strongly recommend that returned goods to be sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
• Ethnic Borders reserves the right to refuse exchange of a product, to invoice additional fee on missing parts, and any repairing fees on all products returned for exchange.

DISPUTE

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Ethnic Borders or to products you purchase through Ethnic Borders shall be submitted to confidential arbitration, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Ethnic Borders intellectual property rights, Ethnic Borders may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief. 

You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by Ethnic Borders to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of EthnicBorders.com. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

MODIFICATION

Ethnic Borders reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice, so please re-visit this page as often as you wish. Changes to this privacy policy are effective at the time they are posted to this site.
