Injecting her joy for life & love of colour into Ethnic Borders, Justina Dionisappu bubbles with enthusiasm when talking about her business and her passion.

A former logistics professional, Justina started Ethnic Borders in early 1999 bringing the best of Indian fabrics, colour and embellishment to Malaysia. Fabrics are sourced from many parts of India, garments designed by Justina herself and finished by Indian tailors and craftsmen.

Her personal touch is evident in the apparel and accessories retailed by Ethnic Borders. From the cut of the garment to the embroidery, each detail is decided by Justina herself, thus ensuring that each Ethnic Borders item is unique and personal.

- The Concept and The Label

For Ethnic Borders only the finest textiles are sourced, from all over India and only natural fabrics are selected for Ethnic Borders merchandise: cotton voile, cotton, silk, linen, silk chiffon, silk cotton, all suitable for all climates including the hot Malaysian weather.

Colour is a signature at Ethnic Borders. All the glorious hues of the rainbow are represented. The simple, yet elegant designs of its ready-to-wear range make them instant classics and much sought after by chic fashionistas.

The label is also big on embellishment & embroidery. The latter is specially commissioned and done by artisans who embroider for India's haute couture houses. Ethnic Borders is also now available in larger sizes, so that plus sized customers can also look fabulously glamorous.
